What happens if Tattoo Store needs to change my order?
In some cases t may be unforeseen problems due to stock differences or that some items may not be available anymore. We at Tattoo Store work hard to keep our stock balance up to date. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible if there are any changes in your order.

When will I receive my goods?
In 5-12 days.
Tattoo Store treats personal data according to the Norwegian law on Personal Information. Information that can be linked to you as a person will never be made available to a third party.
Your order will be sent in 5 to 7 working days after the order confirmation. Delivery is available to company addresses/resident addresses in Norway. For delivery outside of Norway other terms are applicable, see link. If we do not have a product in stock you can always contact us so that we can give you an estimate of time of delivery for the products. Make notice that this time may vary widely.
You can find estimated delivery date for your order in the checkout. If the goods have different delivery dates you can choose from several deliveries or wait until all goods are in stock and get all delivered at the same time. If you choose several deliveries we will send the remaining goods as soon as they are in stock. If you need to change your order you can always contact us and we will change your order if we have not shipped the items yet.
As soon as your parcel is ready to be shipped we will send you an email with the delivery info. You will receive a mail with the tracking number, estimate time of arrival and delivery information. You can then track your order via our delivery partners and under your Tattoo Store account.
How to shop at Tattoo Store
You can place your order in our website. You need to be 16 years of age and state a delivery address in the Nordic countries. You can store goods in the shopping cart but do not wait too long because the goods will not be reserved.
When you are finished with your order, simply click on «Shopping Cart». Price and availability will be shown. You can change your order in the shopping cart. When you are satisfied with your order click «Checkout». After you have place your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and receive another e-mail when your order is shipped. You can track your order by log on to your account on Tattoo Store.

The prices shown on our website does not include shipping costs. The price of delivery will be calculated based on the weight and parcel size. Return of goods
Before a product is returned, you are OBLIGED to contact us prior. It is the customer’s responsibility that the goods are safely parceled and follow Bring’s delivery rules. The product must be in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to replace defect goods with a equivalent product if the exact product is not in the product stock by the time of returned product. We do NOT accept returns of sterile goods. Shipping return costs are covered by the buyer.
